How do I register?

Why should I create an account?

A Netuera account makes it easier for you to shop with us. Allows you to Check the status of your current order and keep track of previous orders Contact Customer Service for questions, order updates and general assistance Store your shipping and payment information to streamline the checkout process. Ask questions and/or write reviews about products. By adding product reviews, you can earn more points. Add items to your "shopping cart" so you can make future purchases.

Buying

How do I place my order?

Ordering online from netuerastore.com is easy! When viewing an item, simply select yours and quantity needed and then click ‘Add To Cart’. Then click the 'Check Out' button to fill out the order information to complete the purchase. Or you can click the "Buy It Now" button on the product page to go directly to the order information filling page.

How do I view my order status?

netuerastore.com makes it easy for everyone to keep track of his/her account. 1.Sign into "My Account" and click on 'Order History' 2.In 'Order History', you will be able to view all your orders and current status of each ordered item. We will also send you a payment confirmation email after you have paid and an email upon delivery and arrival.

Can I change my shipping address/method after placing an order?

Yes. Please send an email to Market@labworkauto.com and we will try to have your delivery details changed. Please note that the packages that have already left our warehouse cannot be changed.

To apply for refund or replacement, generally, we follow these 4 steps: 
1. Send your application to netuera@outlook.com. 
2. Receive return approval notice and the exact return address. 
3. Mail the merchandise back as well as attach the return number# to the outside of the box. 
4. Once the merchandise is received, your refund would be issued or a replacement shipped.
